This guerilla style ethnographic series are firsthand accounts of 13 Black people’s accounts of living in the emerging global city of Doha, the capital of the Gulf Coast Country nation of the State of Qatar. These members of the African Diaspora are “western” by experience, hailing from the Canada, Guyana, the United Kingdom of Great Britain, and the United States of America. Their professions include consultants, educators, engineers, medical professionals, military consultants, and students, all of whom are attempting to amalgamate and function to the life in Doha. All of the participants happily shared their likes, dislikes, business experiences, and advice to provide a voice to the Black expatriate voice of Doha.
